I used to play gymnastics when I was young, it was my favourite sport. Then I played both swimming and squash. I then stopped and returned to playing gymnastics. After a while I stopped even gymnastics. A couple of years later I started working out at home and in the track, I ran, did squats, lunges, and dumbbell work. I never liked gyms, the idea of a gym killed me, I didn’t like working out alone and in front on “mirrors”. I joined CrossFit 3 years ago, it was amazing how so many people can gather in one place with all the support, cheering, and team spirit. CrossFit makes me challenge myself and always strive to be better. What I love most aboutCrossFit are order is Gymnastics, Cardio, and Lifting respectively. I learned a lot from CrossFit and it changed my life, which makes me as a coach want to deliver this to other people and see their success everyday, it really takes my breath away.
