CrossFit is our premium fitness, strength, and conditioning Class. We use weightlifting, gymnastics, power lifting, and endurance training at a high intensity to produce the best results.

The class is designed to build strength & conditioning while preparing you for multiple modalities of fitness. Members will be training to become a well rounded athletes following a strength program, mastering the mechanics of weightlifting under light and heavy barbells, practicing basic and compound gymnastics and mixing all that with metabolic movements (running, rowing…etc) in intense workouts that will lead to become the best complete athlete version of yourself.
